How do I care for an original painting?
To keep your painting in top condition:
- Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Keep away from high humidity to protect the canvas.
- Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth—never use cleaning sprays or water.
What types of prints do you offer?
All prints are archival canvas reproductions of original Martin Breeze artworks.
They are produced using museum-grade canvas and fade-resistant inks to ensure longevity and colour accuracy. Each print faithfully captures the texture, scale and energy of the original painting.
Prints are produced in limited quantities and made to order.
Are your prints signed?
Yes, my prints include either a hand-signed or digitally signed authentication, depending on the edition.
Do you offer framing options?
Yes.
Many print sizes can be ordered either rolled (tube shipped) or professionally stretched and framed.
Framing is prepared specifically for each order and may require additional production time.
International collectors often choose the rolled option for safer and more economical shipping.
What sizes are available for prints?
Each artwork is available in a small number of carefully selected sizes designed to preserve the proportions and visual impact of the original painting.
Available sizes are listed on each artwork page.
How do I know which size will work best for my space?
Many artworks on the website include in-situ images to help visualise scale.
If you would like assistance choosing the right size, feel free to contact me at info@martinbreeze.com and I will happily help.
Can I request a custom-sized print?
Yes, custom sizes are available upon request. Reach out to discuss what you need.
Do you offer free shipping?
Originals Artworks include Free shipping worldwide, while print orders include free Australia-wide shipping. We recommend for International orders on prints to select the Rolled option to qualify for free delivery.
Where do you ship to?
Artwork can be shipped worldwide.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact info@martinbreeze.com and I will arrange a shipping quote.
How long does delivery take?
Australia: Approximately 10–14 days
International: Approximately 14–28 days depending on destination and customs processing.
Because prints are produced to order, a short production period is required before shipment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, airline schedules or regional conditions outside our control.
How is artwork packaged for shipping?
Rolled prints are carefully packed in protective tubes.
Stretched artworks and framed pieces are professionally packaged using protective corner systems, reinforced cartons and protective wrapping to ensure safe transit.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, in most instances once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept a range of credit/debit cards such as Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal and more. Payment can also be made via invoice and bank transfers upon request. Payment options are listed at checkout.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I offer payment plans on originals and larger print orders. We offer two (2) current Buy Now Pay Later providers. Afterpay for all purchases under $2,000AUD and Klarna for purchases exceeding that amount.
Can I return or exchange an artwork?
Original artworks and limited edition prints are final sale.
Because each artwork is individually created or produced specifically for the collector, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not offered.
Limited edition prints are produced to order and enter production shortly after purchase. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact info@martinbreeze.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
• the external packaging
• the shipping label
• the artwork or frame
I will arrange repair, replacement, or resolution where appropriate.
Custom framing (if selected) is prepared specifically for the order and is non-refundable.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, airline schedules, or regional conditions outside our control are not grounds for cancellation while a shipment remains in transit.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact info@martinbreeze.com immediately (or within 24hours) with photos of the packaging and the artwork. I’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a replacement or refund.
