Free Shipping
- Original Artworks: Free shipping worldwide.
- Prints: Free shipping within Australia only.
Returns Policy (Australia Only)
Martin Breeze Artist offers customers a 7-day return policy within Australia on Original Artworks from the time of delivery.
Returns are not available on Limited Edition Prints. All print sales are considered final once purchased and shipped.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the confirmed delivery date to notify us if you're not satisfied with your artwork or framing.
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.
- Repackage the artwork securely in its original packaging.
- We will arrange a courier to pick it up.
- Print and attach the return shipping labels provided by Martin Breeze.
- Remove any older labels or barcodes.
Refunds
We will refund you for the Original Artwork minus shipping costs once the artwork has been returned and processed.
Custom Framing costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Returns are not available on Limited Edition Prints. All print sales are considered final once purchased and shipped.
Please Note: Returns are available only on Original Artworks within Australia. For international orders, returns are not accepted, and buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your package arrives damaged in transit, please take photos of:
- The external packaging damage
- The shipping label
- The damaged artwork, frame, or print
Please email all photos to info@martinbreeze.com within 24 hours of receiving the artwork so we can address the issue quickly.
Shipping Information
- Original Artworks: Free worldwide shipping.
- Prints: Free Australia-wide shipping. International orders, we suggest ordering as O/S Roll/Tube option to qualify for free delivery.
Delivery Times
- Australia: Delivered within 14 days

International: Delivered within 14–28 days
(Excludes framed prints and framed originals, which require a custom quote.)
Framing for International Orders
If you require a framed Original Artwork for international shipping, we will provide a separate quote for framing and shipping. Please email info@martinbreeze.com for a quote before placing your order.
Please Note: Damage to frames incurred during international shipping will not be refunded.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Breeze Creative is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or import duties applied to international orders. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and your order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of your order, minus any shipping fees incurred.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
