RETURNS POLICY

All original artworks are final sale.

Because each Martin Breeze artwork is individually created, documented, and presented to collectors prior to purchase, returns for change of mind are not offered.

I encourage collectors to contact me prior to purchase if they would like additional images, context views, or guidance on scale and placement. I’m always happy to assist to ensure the work is right for your space.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact info@martinbreeze.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• the external packaging
• the shipping label
• the artwork, frame, or print

I will arrange repair, replacement, or resolution as appropriate.

PRINTS

Limited edition prints are produced to order. Because each print is individually created for the collector, all print sales are final.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun or the order has been dispatched.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or regional security conditions are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation while a shipment remains in transit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Original artworks: Free worldwide shipping
Prints: Free Australia-wide shipping

For international print orders, selecting the rolled (tube) shipping option qualifies for free delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Australia: Approximately 14 days
International: Approximately 14–28 days depending on destination and customs processing.

International deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance, airline schedules, or regional conditions outside our control.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on shipping conditions outside our control.

(Framed artworks and framed prints may require additional time or a custom shipping quote.)

FRAMING for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you require a framed original artwork for international delivery, a separate framing and shipping quote will be provided prior to purchase. Please contact info@martinbreeze.com for details.

Damage to frames incurred during international transit is not covered under the artwork guarantee.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are determined by the destination country.

Shipping carriers or customs authorities will contact you directly regarding payment prior to delivery.

Orders returned due to unpaid duties, customs refusal, or failure to accept delivery are not eligible for refund.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
