RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All original Artworks are unique. All care has been taken regarding the representative images of the artworks as displayed on the website, however the colours can vary from how they are displayed on your phone, tablet or device.
Please make your decision carefully as we cannot accept returns, refunds, exchanges or change of mind on these custom made original artworks.
If your package arrives damaged in transit, please refer to the following. Take photos of
- The damage to the external,
- The Shipping Label and
- The damage to the artwork, frame or fault in the print.
Please send all photos via email to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the artwork so that any/all issues can be dealt with as quickly as possible.
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all Original Artworks.
AUSTRALIA WIDE within 14 days and WORLDWIDE within 14 -28 days
International Orders requesting Framed Original Artworks will be quoted a framing and shipping fee upon request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Damage to frames incurred during international shipping will not be refunded.
Breeze Creative will not be held responsible for any customs charges or taxes that may be incurred on international orders. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or other fees associated with their international order. Breeze Creative has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so customers should contact their local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs charges, your order may be returned to Breeze Creative and you will be refunded the cost of the order, minus any shipping charges incurred by Breeze Creative.
International delivery costs do not include any duties or taxes which may be applied by customs at the country of destination. All taxes and duties incurred are deemed to be the responsibility and payable by the purchaser. For more information on duties, taxes and further relevant customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
Please be aware that delivery times can and do vary. In most cases a tracking number is supplied to the purchaser to determine estimated delivery dates and times. Express shipping can be arranged but will come at an additional cost. Please request a quoted fee for any express shipping prior to finalising your order.
