There’s a unique kind of connection that happens when a commissioned artwork leaves the studio and finds its place in a collector's home. Recently, I had the pleasure of receiving photos from a happy client showcasing 'Our Kahpow' (300x120cm) proudly displayed in their living space, nestled beside their beautifully decorated Christmas tree.

Commissioned pieces are always a deeply personal journey. While every brushstroke carries my intention and energy, there’s always a moment of quiet anticipation when the final piece meets its new owner. Seeing 'Our Kahpow' not only hanging in its perfect spot but also resonating so deeply with the collector is an incredibly fulfilling experience.

It’s a reminder of the power of art—not just as decoration, but as a bridge between artist and collector, emotion and space, intention and interpretation.

To my client: thank you for sharing this moment with me. It’s an honour to see my work become a cherished part of your home.
